Expeditions - Survival
We love to explore remote destinations and pride ourselves on being as self-sufficient as we can in each environment. We also realise that being able to survive should the unthinkable happen is vital when travelling to some of the areas that our expeditions take us to.
It is one thing to learn survival skills in your back yard and we do think that everyone should learn to be totally comfortable in their own environment.
The skills and knowledge that we learn in the UK however might not all be applicable in the Arctic, the jungle or the desert. We need specialist skills for each environment that we visit and we really felt that it was important to offer to teach these skills to our clients as well.
We are really fortunate to have specialists in survival techniques in a range of environments on our books. As always we only employ instructors who we consider to be the absolute best in their fields. We only run survival courses in areas that these instructors are totally familiar with, luckily for us they happen to be some of the most beautiful places in the world!
