Many people would struggle to prepare a meal as their grandparents would have. For the backpacker or modern outdoorsman/woman the story is the same, boil in the bag meals, jet-boil stoves, titanium cookware, sporks, the list goes on and on. How ever did we manage before things became “hi-tech” & “ultra-light”? This fun two day course looks at methods of aboriginal cooking from around the world, methods where you make full use of everything around to provide you with what you need. The emphasis is on simplicity and learning the basics of outdoor cookery, without the modern gadgets & gizmos!
